Autumn Colours in Western Australia

Autumn Colours

Unfortunately, in Australia you will not see the mass autumn colours that you can see in other countries. As many of our native trees are not deciduous, they do not have the same displays of colour.

Autumn is the most colourful time of the year as the deciduous trees start to loose their leaves. So the leaves change from green to yellow, orange and then varying shades of red.

The best places to see the changing of the autumn tones is in the vineyards from March to May. This is the Autumn season in Australia.
